So for I've lost 6.2 lbs. and 9.5 inches, enjoyed a chocolate spice pH 7.365 shake every day, exercised with intent 26 of the last 28 days, developed a new found passion for cycling, and loved every minute!!!
For the next 4 weeks, I plan to continue with more of the same. I'd like to lose a few more pounds, build additional muscle, cycle more, continue on my path to clean organic living, and set a healthy example for my family and friends!
I can't tell you how many times I've sat back and envied my friends in their fitness transformations. I made countless excuses for why I didn't have time or ability to join them. Sometimes I even tried, giving only minimal effort, failing, and developing new excuses as to why it didn't work for me.
I've actually been temporarily successful several times in weight loss...but never in fitness. The weight loss plans I chose to follow were always filled with chemicals and gimmicks and never any support to actually get healthy!
No more excuses. Yes, I am a very busy work at home mom. Yes, I am a full time stay at home mom of 2 young children who have constant wants and needs. Yes, I have a disability that limits my activity and function. However, these factors are NOW my motivators...and will NEVER AGAIN be my excuses!
So what's YOUR excuse?
